A deep, vegetal organic green tea from Jeju Island, South Korea. Sangha River is picked in summer and steamed to bring out its vivid green colour and a hit of umami. It is rich in the mouth and well-balanced with no trace of bitterness. Notes of green bean, sea-breeze and flint.
